Wasted moments, never able to regain
Faded seconds, gone in the blink of an eye
Lost time, running like water under a bridge
A lifetime, in essence passing you by

Grasp each moment, hold it captive
See clearly, what before you does exist
Do not allow it's preciousness to waste away
So much in a moment is within your midst

Catch the seconds, use them wisely
Realize what can be seen before you blink
Once it has passed, it is never more to be
Value each second, there's more to see than you think

Find the time, for that which is important and dear
Like the water without a dam, do not allow it to run away
Place great importance on your time, do not lose or misuse it
Seize the opportunities as they are unveiled, never delay

Life is what you make of it, leap in, do not let it pass you by
Experience the seconds, one by one, not letting them fade
